We are so blessed to have Amy as our Project Architect and Lead Event Producer at RelationshipDevelopment.org.
Amy’s tremendous skill set at receiving our Vision, Strategy, Success Criteria and Milestones and translating that into an Asana Project with HUNDREDS of tasks, planned out by date and allocated to team members, is nothing short of miraculous to watch. She is able to design and architect dozens of projects at a time for us and help us manage them to completion.
In addition, the fact that she is also the Lead Event Producer for our 17 live events per year, is just astonishing.
She never misses anything. And, she still always shows up with mission and meaning in her heart for the families we serve. Amy is one of the KEY leaders in this company. Our team adores her and every single person on our team (34 team members now) feels grateful that Amy is here.
I have lost count of the number of times we have asked Amy what it would take to bless us with her service full-time in our organization. It continues to amaze us that Amy is able to do what she does for us, part time, while serving her other clients, that she adores.
When our new CEO came on board last year and we reviewed every team member, when we came to Amy’s column on the spreadsheet, he asked me, “how many hours a week she works here?” and I gave the number and said “take her hours and multiply them times 5, and you will have a closer estimate to how much Amy gets done.” Paul and I have always said that not only does Amy do the work of 5 hours in every 1 hour – but her brilliance and heart are in every second of her contribution and service.
We have built our organization based on processes and systems so that as team members need to follow their Yellow Brick Road in life, our organization can continue to move forward. And when Amy decides that her Yellow Brick Road needs to take her in a direction that is no longer with RDO, we will cheer her on and be excited about her journey… AND, we will also certainly have a lot to sort out, because there is honestly no way to replace Amy… it’s just not possible.
Beyond all that, we love Amy Kazor so much and she means a great deal to us. I will always be grateful to AssistU for being an Angel in my life and introducing me to Amy Kazor. We must be meant to create a difference in this world because God sent us Amy to walk this path with us.
Amy Kazor is an exceptional partner who adds tremendous impact to my work. She is meticulously organized, and she is constantly identifying and suggesting new methods, solutions, and approaches to help my business run better. In addition to all she does directly, Amy is the perfect hub to connect me to other support resources. Amy creates systems & processes, she documents them, and she teaches them to others. Best of all, she is a delightful human being. I look forward to our calls every week!
