Business growth is something we all want, but it can be scary and unsettling, and cause us to freeze rather than fly. Following a favorite quote of mine, “But what if I fall? Oh, my dear, what if you fly?” I am stepping forward in faith. It is time. I’m talking about it. I have it ready. And, today, the date is here.

I have skated around the idea of hosting my Faith-Filled Annual Planning Experience for more than two or three people, and this year is the year to take a step toward business growth and make it happen.faith-filled annual planning amy kazor

So, today, I made it available here on my site. I began the process a few weeks ago at the end of July with a little taste of what is to come called: The Life Your Intend: A Guide to Creating Balanced Intentions. This taste allowed people to get to know me and my whole “intention for intention” a little better before committing to try to do the entire annual planning event with me. (If you register for planning and did not receive this taste, I will send it to you as a bonus.)

It’s a step in business growth, not in volume, but in quality. It is requiring me to stretch myself past my comfort zone. Something I try to do each year, and this event is now a part of forever.

Business growth, to me, does not only mean:

  • A rise in profits
  • An increase in volume
  • Bringing in help

In this case, it is:

  • Taking on something new for myself
  • Sharing a part of how I work in a way that can help others
  • Overcoming a little fear.

Okay, more than a little.

As I work on the blog this month and next, you will hear more about it all… organically. It’s a part of my work each day to prepare it and present it out to the world. (Even if it will be a small world at first) and I am so excited about it and the help it had already brought to the lives it has touched.

What do you consider growth for your business? Please let me know, I would love to have you join the conversation.
